Concerned about an animal?
Reporting an animal in distress
We can only respond to reports of horses, donkeys and mules in need of assistance if the animals are in one of the countries where we operate.
If you contact us about a specific animal, before we can attempt to locate them, we will need: their exact location, a detailed description of what they look like and a summary of what the problem appears to be.
If you have seen an animal in distress in a country we don't operate in, please visit World Federation for Animals to locate a charity working in that area who may be able to assist.
